Return Policy Guidelines
- 3-Day / 300-Mile Return Window: Eligible used vehicles may be returned within three calendar days of delivery, provided the vehicle has been driven fewer than 300 additional miles.
- Refunds: Approved returns are eligible for a refund of the vehicle purchase price, less any applicable non-refundable shipping or transportation charges.
- How to Request a Return: Simply contact Nissan of Victoria to initiate your return and receive instructions regarding the return process.
- Return Deadline: Return requests must be received by 5:00 PM Central Time on the third calendar day following delivery. The date of delivery is considered Day 1.
- Vehicle Condition: The vehicle must be returned in substantially the same condition as when delivered, with all keys, accessories, and equipment provided with the vehicle.
